Overall, nice unit and beautiful beaches but you can get something just as nice somewhere else. We got here and went to the bar where we were informed we would not be served due to having a green wristband. The new management has separated the two pools and restricted access to the bar. The whole reason we chose to stay here is because of the beachside amenities, which are now taken away for many renters. It is disappointing and not worth the money.

We have been staying here for years renting from the same family. Part of the place has new owners. If you don't rent from the new owners they won't let you go to the grill, bar, or the pool next to them. Folks who own a condo in the complex can't even use that part of the place. The past 15 years the grill and bar were open to everyone in the complex. The new owners said the he'll this 2 weeks ago.

After 3 great days at the resort, they then started denying access to the beach bar and Bistro for guests! We vacation here with the kids so we can eat and drink on site instead of loading the kids up to go eat off-site! We want to have some drinks and not drive. The management said for $2000 we can access it! The website clearly says guest have access to the poolside bar and Bistro . False advertisement. Bait and switch..!!! We will now leave this same review on every travel website possible.. now we rent a car and drive off-site.. ridiculous! The first 3 days we spent $600 ish at the bar! Not very smart business!.

Our second time to stay here in The Tides room 111. Room definitely needs so updating! Curtains in two of the bedrooms are falling apart and the knobs in the shower are very loose. We love the size of this condo! It is a 5 bedroom which suits our family group perfectly! The pools and proximity to the beach are great! Wish this particular unit had a view of more than just parking lots.
